适用性: This Policy applies to all persons at 哪个app可以赌足球 (“赌钱app可以微信提现” or “College”) participating or attempting to participate in the College’s education program or activity, 包括学生和员工.

“性骚扰” means conduct on the basis of sex that satisfies one or more of the following:

“家庭暴力” means a felony or misdemeanor crime of violence committed by a current or former spouse or intimate partner of the victim; a person with whom the victim shares a child in common; a person who is cohabitating with, 或与…同居, the victim as a spouse or intimate partner; a person similarly situated to a spouse of the victim under the domestic or family violence laws of the jurisdiction in which the crime of violence occurred; any other person against an adult or youth victim who is protected from that person’s acts under the domestic or family violence laws of the jurisdiction in which the crime of violence occurred.

If you have any questions or concerns about 性骚扰, 或举报性骚扰, students and employees are strongly encouraged to immediately contact the appropriate person(s) listed in the 性骚扰投诉操作程序.01.  In an emergency, you may also contact the 赌钱app可以微信提现警察 Department at (913) 469-8500, ext. 4111, or if you are off campus, call 911 for immediate assistance.

赌钱app可以微信提现 promotes prompt reporting of all types of 性骚扰 and timely and fair resolution of 性骚扰 complaints.  It is a violation of this Policy for anyone acting knowingly and recklessly either to make a false complaint or to provide false information regarding a complaint of 性骚扰. 

性骚扰 reports should be made verbally or in writing as set forth in the 性骚扰投诉操作程序.01. 

经过调查和适用的解决程序, any person who is found to have violated this Policy or retaliated against another will be subject to discipline, up to and 包括 expulsion from 赌钱app可以微信提现 and/or termination of employment, 帮助确保此类行为不再发生.
